These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Soundcheck Drops website and our pre-launch waitlist. Please read them. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
Who we are. Soundcheck Drops is an independent brand operated by its founder (Matt), not yet incorporated as a company. Contact: hello@soundcheckdrops.com.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, joining the waitlist, or reserving a set, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Pre-launch and reservations
Soundcheck Drops is currently pre-launch. What that means for you:
- Joining the waitlist or reserving a set is not a purchase and does not create a binding order.
- no payment is collected We do not take payment or request a card on this site. If the first pressing is produced, we may email final details and a separate link where you can choose whether to purchase.
- A reservation expresses interest and helps us plan our first pressing. It is not a guarantee that a product will be available to you, in any particular quantity, or by any particular date.
- Pricing, product details, ingredients, and availability may change before launch. The price and details shown today are indicative and are not an offer that binds us.
3. Product nature & health disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Soundcheck Drops are a menthol-free vocal-care drop, positioned as a dietary supplement. They are not a medicine or drug. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition or any concern about your health, consult a qualified healthcare provider before using this or any product.
4. Allergens & ingredient sensitivity
Our drops are made with food and botanical ingredients, including honey and other bee-derived ingredients (such as propolis) and botanicals such as marshmallow root and slippery elm. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient, are pregnant or nursing, or are giving the product to someone in your care, review the full ingredient list at the time of sale and consult a healthcare provider first. Stop using the product and seek advice from a healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reaction. A complete, final ingredient statement will accompany the product at launch.
5. Intellectual property
The name "Soundcheck Drops," our logo, wordmark, site design, text, graphics, and illustrations are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except for normal personal viewing of the website.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any future product will be governed by the terms and product information provided at the time of sale.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soundcheck Drops and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website or the waitlist. Because no payment is taken at this stage, our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the amount you have actually paid us, which is currently zero.
9. Governing law
Applicable law governs these Terms and determines the proper forum for any dispute. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — particularly as we move from waitlist to actual sales. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
